During the beginner phase, if your equipment is below IV(UR4) level,
you can refine it to 12C as a transitional option without the need to push for higher levels.

For IV(UR4) equipment, the initial refinement target can be set at 18C,
and once your equipment becomes more complete, you can consider challenging for higher refinement levels.
